A really beautiful pair of handmade, velvet damask curtains in excellent used condition. Fully lined in cotton and also thermally interlined. 
Baroque style pattern in a light sandy goldy velvet on a cotton/linen feel neutral background. Heavy and top quality fabric. 

The main face of the fabric is in superb condition and not at all 'tired'. There is fading on one edge of each curtain but this doesnt need to be the leading edge. 

I have two identical pairs. They are heavy but i may be able to combine postage if both pairs are wanted. 
These have been made into box pleat curtains so have a lovely simple frontage with hooks at the back. They were pinch pleated originally and so are not inverted box pinch pleats - let me know if more explanation needed.

These were originally a little shorter so have been let down to full length - no line where they were hemmed before. 


The dimensions above are for EACH curtain in the pair. Below are the measurements in inches and in centimetres. 
Please note that these are pinch pleated so are fixed width. They can be used on a narrower span but not made wider. The hooks give flexibilty to the height. The full length is listed but they could be made shorter by placing the hooks lower down if needed.  

Measurements below give the width along the hem and the fixed top.

Width: 51 inches (129cm) each at the hem and 30 inches (77cm) at the pleated top. So as a pair these will span up to 60 inches (154cm)
Drop : 96 inches (244cm)

I try to measure accurately but sometimes room for minor error so let me know if more precision needed. 

Postage costs includes insurance for the full amount to cover for any loss or damage in transit. The insurance costs are often greater than the actual postage costs. Collection in person is always welcome.

Buying second hand or vintage curtains means that there may be some small/superficial marks but once hung no one will notice. If I find anything major I will point it out in the listing and provide one or more pictures of the 'issues'.
