8.5 inch round porcelain collector plate. This adorable cat plate is in great used condition. No chips or cracks. Comes with the Certificate of Authenticity, in the original box. The box has slight damage. I added one photo of the box.

“My favorite month of all is May; when light showers followed by warm sun create a hazy curtain of steam in the narrow lanes, eventually clearing to reveal the true glory of moistened hedgerows filled with abundant wild flowers. Then I like to stroll through leafy valleys smelling the wood of the trees and the sweetly perfumed bluebells, discovering the elaborate construction of a wild flower that at first glance looked so modest, or simply listening to the natural orchestra that assembles in unspoilt countryside. This painting is based on such a valley between Kehelland and the north coast. While I sketched a young cat played, seemingly oblivious of both time and my presence, its fur covered with sticky balls of goose-grass when it finally trotted off over the bridge, presumably homeward-bound.” From the book Zoe's Cats by Zoe Stokes.
