- Brand new and unopened.  Technically, the box is not factory sealed because this came as a set of 3 in a factory sealed box. When you opened that box, the 3 individual boxes are not sealed. However, I have never opened this figure's box (you would see creases in the flaps) and the figure is brand new, never removed.
