All jewelry items arrive packaged in new black gift boxes, with the exception of Lots or large single items.
( We never charge a handling fee, however the cost of shipping includes packaging material, please remember when rating us)

There are NO refunds for first class international mail not arriving, lost, missing, ect. We can only show proof it was mailed. FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL is at the buyers risk

Due to the nature of auctions, all items are sold as is. We want you to be happy with your purchase from us, but we will not give refunds for buyer or spouse regret. No refunds unless we have somehow, (unintentionally), grossly misrepresented the item. We must agree to any returns prior to them being made. If we agree to accept a return, we must be notified within 24 hrs of item receipt, and receive the item within 7 days of notification
