 THIS  LISTING IS FOR A LOVELY 19th CENTURY AMERICAN MAJOLICA TALL PITCHER DECORATED WITH BIRDS.

THE PITCHER HAS LOVELY COLORATION FEATURING A BROWN AND COBALT BIRD FLYING OVER PALE GREEN FOLIAGE WITH PINK ACCENTS ON CREAMY-WHITE BACKGROUND. 
 
THERE IS A BROWN BASKET WEAVE TEXTURED BAND AROUND THE TOP WITH A BROWN BRANCH HANDLE.  THE LOWER SECTION OF THE PITCHER HAS A MATCHING TURQUOISE COLORED BASKET WEAVE DESIGN.
THE INTERIOR IS ENAMELED IN A MEDIUM GREEN.
 
THIS LOVELY PITCHER IS IN VERY GOOD ESTATE CONDITION. THERE ARE A COUPLE OF MINOR ROUGH SPOTS AND SMALL NICKS ON THE UPPER RIM EDGE AND LIP (SEE PHOTOS). THERE ARE NO OTHER NOTED CHIPS, CRACKS OR REPAIRS. 
 
 MEASURES  8 1/2" HIGH AND 6 1/2" WIDE.
 
 MARKED ON THE BASE WITH HAND ENAMELED "R".
