This is a single 18mm Italian charm that can be customised with the medical condition of your choice for peace of mind.
THE IMPORTANT BORING BUT NECASSARY BIT - How to Provide your Customisation.
1. You can provide us your customisation in two ways either include your required medical condition as a message with your Paypal payment during checkout (don't forget to press the save button after typing the message or we will not receive it) OR send us an email through eBay (not direct) so we get all your order details.
2. The standard format for this type of charm is ONE medical condition. Please be extra careful when typing in this information as the text we receive is the text we use.
3. If you have any special requests for example the text to be all in capitals please make this clear when sending your message.
4. We do not provide a confirmation email of custom made text received, due to the huge amount of custom made text request we receive. If there is any problem or we haven't received your custom text then we will email you via eBay, so please keep an eye out for this, otherwise we will be processing your order for delivery and let you know when dispatched.
5. In rare circumstances we may need to alter the position or font shown in the picture. If you provide us with too many names etc to fit on the charm we will also shorten this to fit.
6. ...and finally. Please note we are unable to add any names or text which may infringe on anothers copyright or trademark. Examples of this would be celebrities, football teams, band names etc . If you provide us with text that we believe infringes copyright then your order will not be produced and if we do not receive any alternatives it will be cancelled.
This is a single Italian charm for use with all other Italian charm products. Italian charms are NOT compatible with standard or European Bead style charm bracelets or 13mm Italian charms. All our charms have a stainless steel base with any enamel or gem designs securely soldered to the base. This charm is 18mm x 9mm in size, has a matt finish, is compatible with all other 9mm charms from all other Italian charm brands including Major Brand's classic bracelet. All our 18 mm charms come individually packaged.

We charge p&p per order NOT per item and offer combined postage on all items if paid for with one combined payment (unless stated in the auction description). If you are unsure how to combine payments please see our FAQ page. Items paid for individually may be posted and charged for individually.
We post items every week day, excluding public holidays and aim to despatch orders within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.

Items returned to JSC Jewellery for refunds/replacements are posted at the customers own risk and expense. It is recommended you obtain proof of posting or use a recorded delivery service when returning items.
