THE PORCELAIN IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH NO CHIPS, CRACKS OR REPAIRS. THERE ARE SOME VERY SMALL AREAS WITH PAINT FLAKING AND MINOR SCRATCHES ON THE ENAMELING (SEE PHOTOS). NO OTHER NOTED FLAWS.
THE BACK OF THE CHARGER IS DECORATED WITH A COBALT BLUE DESIGN AND CHARGER HAS AN UNFAMILIAR EMBOSSED MARK ON THE BACK.
