These mini racing mirrors feature a thick, black abs plastic housing and metal mounting base.  They are manually adjustable.  The tension for the adjustment can be adjusted by means of a bolt from underneath the base prior to mounting.   They are sold with a hardware pack with the gasket, bracket, screws and anchors.
