This is an Italian charm starter bracelet and charms and can be used with all other Italian charm products. Additional compatible 9mm charms can be purchased from our eBay shop. Italian charms are not compatible with standard or European Bead style charm bracelets. All our charms have a stainless steel base. The bracelet is compatible with all other 9mm charms from all other Italian charm brands including all other brands's classic bracelet. All starter bracelets come packaged in an organza bag and have our brand name - Daisy Charm - stamped on the back of each link.

Please click on the postage and payments tab at the top of the auction for our current rates.   For UK orders Special delivery (guaranteed next working day) can be arranged on request . UK single orders over £10 will be posted via free economy delivery.  UK orders over £25 will be posted via recorded delivery free of charge. 

We charge p&p per order NOT per item and offer combined postage on all items if paid for with one combined payment (unless stated in the auction description).     If you are unsure how to combine payments please see our FAQ page.  Items paid for individually may be posted and charged for individually.

We post items every week day, excluding public holidays and aim to despatch orders within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. 

All our items (except custom made items) come with a no quibble 30 day refund/replace guarantee. If you do have any problems with your items within this time, please contact us asap to resolve the matter.  All problems after the 30 day period has passed will be on a case by case basis, but you will likely be offered the chance to purchase the same item(s) at a reduced cost. Replacements and refunds can only be processed once faulty items are returned. 

We don't like to hear of problems through feedback left so please email us with any problems before leaving feedback and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you.

Items returned to JSC Jewellery for refunds/replacements are posted at the customers own risk and expense.  It is recommended you obtain proof of posting or use a recorded delivery service when returning items.
