Delivery
All orders are securely packaged to protect your order from any damage while in transit. All orders received before 3pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders received after 3pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are shipped the following working day.

Returns
We approve return request for a refund or exchange within 30 days upon receipt of order. A Returns Form must to be completed and enclosed within your return parcel. All item(s) should return in its original, unworn condition, including the original packaging and all tags. Returns will be processed within 3 days of receipt at our warehouse. DQT can't be held responsible for delay, loss or damage to your parcel by the carrier. Customers are liable for return shipping costs except when DQT is at fault. Failure to follow our return's policy may lead to a delay or refusal of your refund/exchange request.
