PRESHRUNK GARMENT DISCLAIMER
Buying preshrunk does not mean the garment is immune to shrinkage. Preshrunk cotton and other cotton blend material will still shrink but not as drastically as cotton material that has been preshrunk, especially when thrown into a dryer.  The best way to reduce preshrunk cotton from shrinking more is by air drying after it has been washed.  It is possible that the garment will still shrink in the wash, but this is the best possible way to reduce shrinkage.  Buying a preshrunk garment is going to be your best bet; just realize that shrinkage usually will still happen in various degrees per individual garment that we cannot predict or guarantee.
