GENUINE DZUS FASTENERS
These are the most common 5mm/6mm shaft diameter Dzus Fasteners. They require a 6mm hole in the fairing. We have smaller (4mm) and larger (9mm) Dzus studs. Please see our Dzus Fastener section for these.
Simply select your receptacle type (no receptacle option is also available) and Dzus stud length (measurement of shaft length in mm) and enter in the quantity you require.
You will receive a Dzus stud, receptacle, a retaining washer and a nylon spacing/anti-scratch washer. These are high quality fasteners direct from Dzus, not cheap copies from China (please be careful of others on ebay!)
15mm Dzus - Holds Material: 4.5mm to 5.4mm
16mm Dzus - Holds Material: 5.5mm to 6.4mm
17mm Dzus - Holds Material: 6.5mm to 7.4mm
19mm Dzus - Holds Material: 8.5mm to 9.4mm
21mm Dzus - Holds Material: 10.5mm to 11.4mm
25mm Dzus - Holds Material: 14.5mm to 15.4mm
28mm Dzus - Holds Material: 17.5mm to 18.4mm
35mm Dzus - Holds Material:24.5mm to 25.4mm

This quick release kit saves a great deal of time when removing the fairings, and looks great!
Also comes with larger than standard retaining washers to keep the studs in place when unfastening.
The fasteners are zinc plated with a chromate plus sealer to ensure they do not rust.
These are 100% genuine Dzus, made to the high standards required by aviation, GP & F1. If you see any cheaper kits they are most likely replicas made cheaply in China, don't take the risk!
