Return policy

We are happy to accept returns where the item is not in the condition described in the listing. We would appreciate it if customers would email us in this situation to negotiate the return and refund (if appropriate). All additional P&P needs to be met by the buyer for retuning items.

If you change your mind about our item you may return the item in it's original unopened condition for a refund. A £1 administration fee will be deducted from your refund plus return postage costs met by the buyer.
