If you are buying a Grommet that says it is a N103455 and it is Black then you are not getting a the Viton® Grommet.

Viton® fuel tank Grommet and is the best choice when using any type of harsh chemicals or today's gasoline and diesel fuels.
This viton Grommet does not get soft and deteriorate like the Black Rubber GS-0446 Grommet does.

The N103455 Viton® Rubber tank grommet can be used on the GS-0650, GS-0650-, GS-0650-1 four gallon generator gas fuel tanks as well as the GS-0444, GS-0795 and the Z-GS-0795 seven gallon generator gas fuel tank that was used on generators made for DeVilbiss, Porter Cable, Ex-Cell, Porter Cable, Sears Craftsman, Titian as well as other privately labeled generators with the plastic 7 gallon fuel tanks.


Installation Instructions for Viton® Grommet

  1. Make sure hole in your tank is free of any debris.
  2. Soak the new Viton® Grommet in “Hot” water for 5 minutes to ease with installation.
  3. Insert Grommet (small end first) into the hole in your tank.
  4. Push Grommet firmly into place and make sure the grommet is seated against the tank body.
  5. Coat in inside of the Grommet with a light coat of 10-30 oil or similar motor oil.
  6. Slowly and firmly push the fuel fitting through the center hole in the new Viton® Grommet

If the item purchased is found to be defective the customer may send the part back for inspection from S.A.W. Inc, if the returned part is considered to have a material defect S.A.W. Inc will send the customer at no charge a replacement part.


Items that are not opened, installed or used may under authorized conditions be returned within 14 days for a partial refund less the actual shipping cost paid by S.A.W Inc and a 20% restocking fee.

All return shipping cost will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and will need to be paid by the buyer, any product returned with freight or postage collect charges will be refused and not accepted.

The original shipping cost covering the items shipment to the buyer is not refundable for any reason as this was agreed to in the initial sale of the product and is not part of the actual value of the item in question.


If you are claiming the part arrived damaged in the package the package must not be opened in order to be able to send the part back for an exchange. Opened packages will not be accepted for returns.


Parts or Equipment that has been used or installed in any way will not be accepted for any type refunds or money back.

There are no returns or refunds on any electrical parts and warranty replacement parts must be sent in for inspection before any warranty replacement part will be shipped by S.A.W Inc.


These items will need to have a Returned Good Authorization number “RGA” with the product being returned in order to be accepted for return.
