The most common type of use for this converter an existing outdoor antenna extension cable to fit with a particular antenna or vice versa. Dealing with antenna connector gender can be confusing because it is not always the way it appears. For RP connector types, male connectors have threads on the inside and female connectors have threads on the outside. Because RP stands for "reverse polarity" SMA, the female connector has a pin inside and the male connector has a hole. For N connectors it is not reversed. So with this connector, though both ends are female, the RP-SMA end has a pin, and the N-female side has a hole.

Orders will generally be shipped the same or next day after payment is received. Periodically if we are experiencing unusually high order volume, your order may not be shipped until the second business day after payment is received, but this is not usual. We offer both UPS and US Postal methods of shipping as described below.
US 50 States + Puerto Rico: FREE US Postal First Class Mail. This includes delivery confirmation and insurance. According to the US Postal Service, First Class takes an average of 3-7 delivery days to arrive. This is not a guaranteed transit time though, it is just an average delivery time (internationally First Class can take 2-4 weeks, international buyers please read all international shipping details down below).
US 50 States + Puerto Rico: $4.50 US Postal Priority Mail. This includes delivery confirmation and insurance. According to the US Postal Service, Priority Mail takes an average of 2-3 delivery days to arrive. This is not a guaranteed transit time though, it is just an average delivery time.
International Shipping Rates & Customs Duty Information: Please use the calculator at the top of the page to determine rates to your country. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. This item comes with a 30-day return period. There is no restocking fee for defective or not-as-described items, or items returned for exchange. Otherwise we charge a minimal 10% restocking fee to help cover original postage which is included in the item price. There are no other warranties on this auction, expressed or implied. The exception to this is if the description states there is a manufacturer's warranty.
As noted in our shipping section, we do ship many items outside of the USA. However we do not ship all items outside of the USA, and are not able to ship to ALL countries. Shipping to most countries is just $2.95 for International First Class mail, which can take 2-4 weeks for arrival. International packages are insured against loss. We also offer Express Mail service to most countries.
1. Customs duty and tax: Many countries will charge the recipient import tax on items purchased on eBay. We do not have knowledge of which countries charge tax and how much it could be. Customers are advised to contact their local postal or tax offices prior to bidding. Rokand is not responsible and will not reimburse international buyers for taxes charged on delivery. Rokand cannot mark items as gifts, lower the value of the goods on the customs form, or engage in any other modification to assist in the lowering or elimination of valid taxes.
2. Insurance and proof of shipment: Items sent outside the USA are insured. US Postal Regulations state insurance covers only the cost of the product, and does not cover the shipping charge. When you inquire for shipping rate quotes, we will advise you of the average time frame for delivery. If your product has not arrived within 21 mailing days of shipping, please contact us so we can trace the package for you. All parcels are sent with tracking and tracking information is provided to the customer at the time of shipment. If your package is lost in transit, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf. The US Postal Service requires that all insurance claim filings include a signed letter from you, the recipient, stating you have not received the parcel shipped to your address. This is a requirement and the letter can be faxed to us, scanned and emailed, or sent through Postal mail. We cannot issue any refunds for lost packages or ship any replacements without this letter. If you select a replacement, we will pay to ship it to you. If you select a refund, you will be refunded only the price of the product, as noted above US Postal Regulations do not allow us to insure the cost of the postage.
3. Returns: Buyers outside the USA may return products in accordance with our above advertised return policy. It is important to note that shipping and return shipping are NEVER refundable, with the sole exception of a case where we ship the wrong product (example: you buy a wireless adapter and we send a keyboard by mistake).
