* * * (3 star) - good - several bobbles, several pulls, marks, holes etc

* * (2 star) - average - lots of bobbles, lots of pulls, more serious marks, holes etc 

* (1 star) - poor - a serious defect and/ or a serious defect with various other faults (bobbles, pulls, marks etc)

We aim to post any items purchased within 2 working days 
examples: if you purchase Monday item will be sent no later than Wednesday
if you purchase Friday night item will be sent no later than Tuesday.

to you and will endeavour to meet your requests.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays by the postal service. ie: Royal Mail
and/ or delays at your country's customs.

RETURNS

We offer a 14 day returns policy. All returns must be authorised by us before anything is returned.
We will issue a returns number and the returns address.
All returned items MUST be sent back via a signed for delivery service.
Returns are at the buyers' cost and a refund will not include return postage.
A full refund will be given for faulty items or items not as described in the product description.
Refunds will be issued once the item has been received back by us.

OVERSEAS AND INTERNATIONAL IMPORT DUTY

If you order goods from LegendsAndIcons for delivery outside the UK they maybe subject to import duty and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches the delivery address. 
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duty and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Any orders being delivered outside the UK may be subject to additional duty charges. These charges relate specifically to the destination country and in all cases must be paid by the customer and not by LegendsAndIcons.
