Returns

As with all our items, we offer a full no quibble return policy: we are entirely confident that you will be very satisfied with your purchase.

If however, for any reason it is not suitable we will gladly refund the purchase price excluding postage charges if returned unused & in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

The guarantee excludes the wire/synthetic rope, damage caused by misuse, failure to follow the instructions or submersion.

The guarantee provided is 'return to base' repair or component exchange.
