Perfect for making the classic cream horn, simple to use

 

Cut a long strip of rolled out puff pastry and brush one edge with beaten egg

 

Starting at the bottom wind the strip around the mould so the egg brushed egg sticks it together

 

Finish at the top wide end, brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar before baking


Approx 14cm Long, widest end approx 3.5cm

 

Allow to cool, fill with cream, plain of flavoured with vanilla and sugar perhaps

 

Classically finished with strawberries
