This custom performance kit,safely, jolts the motor with 36 volts to get it moving off the start while controlling the top rpm..It bypasses the factory rpm limiter of 3000 rpm and brings it to 4800 rpm which is still within the motors safe rpm range.. What Does The Kit Include?
This kit comes with 3 led lights which can be used as brake or taillights, if you want both brake and taillights you must also purchase this Ebay Item #143352129544 and we will send a 3 led kit not the 2 pictured and package together.

I personally check every item to make sure everything works before I ship..
If you have a 50 series it goes right in,if you have a 51 series you will have to ad some ends on your brake switch wires and your charging wires but if your not sure just call..I can substitute lights for a brake handle or charging port-just send a note..
How hard is this to install?
No modification to the lid is needed on 51 series Coolers to clear the 3rd battery but most of the 50 series require some small modification to the inner part of the lid to clear the battery edge which can simply be cut with a utility knife where needed.
Brake or taillight kit requires you to drill out a hole in the center of the 2 existing controller holes on the rear switch plat,then simply bolt in the housings,slide in the prewired LED lights and hot glue or super glue in place and plug into controller.
Controller requires removing the old one,mount the new controller in front of the side vent and screw it into place with supplied stainless screws,then simply plug everything in..
Throttle with key requires removing alen head on bottom of throttle and sliding off the handle, remove 4 wires from 6 pin connector with supplied screwdriver then fish the new wires threw and install new wires back into place exact place with supplied color chart..
Battery install requires removal of both batteries,cut lower battery bracket rods leaving 5 inches,cut the 2 bolts extra thread that come threw the side chrome wheel support..install batteries and wires as they were but move the top battery over and install the extra battery,bend and trim bracket as shown and reinstall..Then simply connect the last supplied wire..
