Here is our new ZZPerformance Oversized Racing Aluminum Radiator for 2005 to 2010 Chevy Cobalt

100% Tig Welded full aluminum with factory Mounting bracket locations. NOT a universal radiator. Specifically designed and made to fit the cars above.

Unlike the Mishimoto radiator, which is stock size and only made from aluminum, the ZZP radiator actually has 50% more cooling capacity.

What makes our products superior than the others is we actually have the cars to test fit and dyno tune on. Other manufacturers just take a factory radiator and replicate it to be the same size and make it into different material because they do not have the vehicle on hand to do this type of testing. After production we also take each one and do an in house leak test to insure there are not any leaks or issues. We saw the Mishimoto version and instantly knew we could make one better and more efficient and still have it a direct bolt on. The Mishimoto is only .87" thick while ours is 1.38" thick which tells you right there it is more efficient and cools more. This will fit all Cobalt models from the 2.0 Supercharged, 2.0 Turbocharged, 2.2 and 2.4 naturally aspirated engines. If you have a manual transmission Cobalt you will need nothing else. Factory fans bolt right up. If you have an automatic Cobalt then you will need an aftermarket external transmission cooler to mate with it as the automatics have a tranny cooler built inside of the radiator.
