Payment

    • All products advertise in our shop are BRAND NEW in individual boxes.
    • We accept Paypal, credit or debit card payments.
    • Please call our office no given in Business Seller Information at the end of listing to make payments by debit or credit card giving the full amount including p&p. 
    • Once the funds are cleared your item will be dispatched within 2 working days and notified through email. 

Shipping

When you purchase more than one item from our store you will automatically receive 

40% POSTAGE DISCOUNT on the next cheaper postage item.

  • Parcelforce    24/48 hour service
  • DPD               24/48 hour service
  • All items are checked prior dispatching the order. When your order has left the warehouse you will be notified  by email. Please make sure somebody is available to accept the delivery as signature is required.
  • If there is nobody to accept the delivery the driver will either make second attempt next day or leave a note for collection. Please make the arrangements for collection.
  • If the order comes back to us as undelivered, refused, address query, or not present, we do not refund Postage and Packaging fees and in the instance the item(s) ordered include "Free Shipping" we reserve the right to charge £2.50 to cover our Royal Mail postage costs and £6 for all other couriers costs.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase if you are not happy please return the item in original packaging at your own expense to the address given at the end of listing under
Business Seller Information
within 14 days from the delivered date. Once we receive the item will refund the value of the goods but not the postage.

DAMAGED ITEM:

  • All items are checked prior dispatching the order.
  • If on delivery your item is damaged please notify us via email within 24 hours of the delivery with the images of the damaged item.
  • The item with original packaging needs to be retained so a claim can be made for the damages.
  • We will arrange collection of the damaged parcels sent through Parcelforce or other couriers and replacement will be sent.
  • Parcel through Post office should be sent back to us, will reimburse the return postage and replacement will be sent.
