Description

This product is a solvent-based sealer that can be applied to all types of stone/tile, immediately after installation. 

It leaves NO residue and the drying/curing time is very quick. It penetrates deeply into the surface to protect all types of natural stone, travertine, terracotta, limestone, marble, granite, sandstone and many other product types against oil and water-based stains. 

This product is particularly effective for protecting against red wine and coloured juice type stains. 

Our Sealer gets absorbed into the stone, the mineral solvent will evaporate, while the solid part (the resin) will remain inside the stone to clog the pores of the stone to an average depth of 1mm. The impregnator goes inside the stone by simply being absorbed by it.

Application

Make sure that the area is completely clean before using the product. Use a broom to sweep any dirt and dust off the tile before you seal it, as it will become stuck in under the sealant. Then use a mop and water to thoroughly clean the tile, allowing ample time to dry.

Once your area is prepared, you can apply the sealer to the tile with a cloth or a brush. Allow to dry so that you can no longer see the wet sealer on the tile.

You may need to apply a second or third coat of the sealer. Continue applying coats and allowing plenty of time to dry before you test the tile by dropping a bit of water on it, you should see the water bead up instead of sinking into the tile.
