if your heater resistor looks like the one pictured, we can repair it at the shown price.
(Body colour may be blue, black, or green)
If you have a different item fitted, please contact us first for guidance.

Your module/pcb will be tested and repaired by our trained technicians, and quickly returned to you.

We normally re-despatch on the same day that we receive items for repair.

All repairs are guaranteed for 12 months, however returns for water damage will not be accepted.
Please do check, your pollen filter is not blocked and your inlet is not blocked with leaves, to save unnecessary returns.


How do I know if my module is faulty....?

The usual symptoms are:
* Either: The blower runs on the maximum setting only.
* Or: The blower runs at maximum speed on all settings.
*Or: No blower at all (check motor and fuse also)

Why did it fail...?
*Blocked pollen filter.
* Blocked air inlet.
* Bad blower motor


 What Happens If.......?
If we are unable to repair, we will refund you in full.
We will also refund your P&P if you opt not to have it returned to you.

 

What you need to do

Remove unit from car.
Pack your faulty unit in a stout cardboard box or padded envelope.
Send, enclosing a note stating:

* Brief Fault Symptoms
* Make & Model & Year
* Your Ebay ID
* Whether you want it returned to you if it cannot be repaired or modified.

We recommend that you send to us by tracked mail or carrier.
However, if you send by normal post, you will get about £60 free cover if you keep your Certificate of Posting.

SENDING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK or EU
If you are sending to us from outside the UK or EU, please complete a customs declaration and attach to your package.
IMPORTANT: 
Declare the Value as £13 British Pounds Sterling, or the equivalent in your local currency.
Otherwise we will have to pay customs costs, and we will expect you to pay us 120% of these.
