Most of our items include free UK delivery to most of the UK Mainland.
There is a delivery surcharge to some Scottish mainland postcodes along with Scottish Islands, Isle of Man (IM), Isle of Wight (PO30-41), Isles of Scilly (TR21-25), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Isles (GY & JE) & Republic of Ireland. To check surcharge amount please click on Postage and payments tab near the top of the listing next to the Description tab and type in the delivery postcode.
In most cases once payment is cleared we will dispatch your item(s) the same or next working day. Items are normally dispatched by courier using a next working day (Monday to Friday) service from dispatch with parcel tracking information normally supplied through eBay. Once items have left us delivery is in the hands of the courier.
Items normally require a signature upon delivery.
Deliveries are usually made between 8am & 7.30 pm Monday to Friday
If the item is delivered damaged you must sign for it as damaged and notify us within 24 hours.

If this is a standard flange or swan neck towbar and your vehicle has reversing sensors please check to make sure that the towbar/towball will not interfere with them prior to purchase as you may require a detachable towbar

This is because sometimes it is the case (although extremely rare) that despite years of sales history with no recorded issues we occasionally encounter a particular vehicle that for whatever reason will pick up the sensors. This can be a pure anomaly and a specific issue allied to that particular vehicle with the other 99.9 per cent of vehicles not being affected.

With this in mind it is only possible for us to offer 100 per cent assurance that rear parking sensors will not be affected by selecting a detachable towbar option.
