This listing is for an unusual vintage Estate men's 14K yellow Gold and Intaglio carved "Mercury" Carnelian stone ring, size 9.

Nice 14K yellow gold band with large rectangular cut Carnelian stone with intricate intaglio carving of mythical god "Mercury" winged helmet.

Stone measures 5/8" long and 1/2" wide. The gold mounting is marked "14K". Total weight of ring 8.5 grams.

This lovely ring probably dates to the early 20th Century. It has a nice weight and design that is very comfortable to wear.
