We ship within 24 hours of payment, however, transport of packages will only occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

International Shipping:

We use USPS for our international shipping. We will ship to ALL countries that USPS services. Please email for a shipping quote. We do not offer free shipping to an international address.

Return Policy:

We will accept returns for 14 days from the day you receive the item. The item must be returned in NEW, UNOPENED condition. We will refund the cost of the item, but not the shipping charges.

If you receive a product and it is defective, then we need to be notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. The product will need to be returned within 14 days of receipt. We will either have the manufacturer send a replacement product or we will send a replacement, if available. If a replacement product is not available we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges once we receive the item.
