The name of this shoe is ISABEL. 

The covered heel height is 2.5" if measured from the back of the heel.  

The inside heel to toe measurement is 9.25".  This style did seem to run normal - not small.

This shoe came from Saks in Beverly Hills and comes with its original box and dust covers.  The size 35.5 shoes have never been worn.
