These frames provide a superb opportunity to make your own chandelier light. You are buying the frame only without any glass droplets or crystals. We do also sell chandelier droplets should you require those additional parts to dress the frames. In some case we have provided photos showing the finished product.

All seven designs feature ‘easy-fit’ installation. The frames simply attach to a lamp holder which you will find hanging from most ceilings. They are very easy to hang up and require no electrical installation. We do also sell ceiling roses in plastic and metal if you require them.

The guidelines for these frames as per CE regulations state 60 watt max’ output however this is merely a guide and many of our own lights are illuminated by means of 100 watt.

As noted, these frames are ideal for hanging not only chandelier drops but other interesting decorative items. Customers in the past have been known to hang: sea shells, photo negatives, Lego bricks, cutlery etc! Go wild and make your own bespoke creation! We’d be delighted to see your finished product!

So the choice of 6 frames here includes:

Option 1 – One-tier ornate frame:

Maximum diameter measures 150mm (6 inches): a rather dinky frame: ideal size for a hallway, closet or cloakroom. To dress this light, you will require 23 chandelier chains / strands. Chains of droplets connect from the tier and hang downwards to conceal the glare of the light bulb.

The picture provided shows a finished article dressed fully with chandelier droplets. This example shows 23 chains of 9 droplets. To create a deeper light simply increase the number of chandelier droplets to each chain to suit your requirements. There are well over 45 holes on the chandelier tier so significantly more droplets can be added to create a unique and bespoke design.

Option 3 – Two-tier ornate frame:

Maximum diameter measures 200mm (8 inches). The 2nd tier measures 100mm diameter (4 inches) and the depth is subject to your own design & amount of droplets you plan to hang from the frame. The two tiers can be connected by chandelier droplet chains.

To dress this light will require over 250 chandelier pieces. Chains of droplets will link the two tiers together and the second tier has further holes for droplets to hang downwards for decoration and to conceal the glare of the light bulb.

A picture is provided showing the finished article dressed fully with chandelier droplets. This example shows 30 chains of 6 droplets connecting the two tiers together. The bottom tier has a further 21 chains of three droplets. To create a deeper light simply increase the number of chandelier chains and droplets to suit. There are well over 100 holes on both the chandelier tiers so significantly more droplets can be added in order for you to make a very special chandelier.

Option 4 – Deep bag / baguette ornate frame:

Maximum diameter measures 200mm diameter (8 inches). To dress this light will require over 300 chandelier pieces. Chains of droplets connect from the main tier and attach to a matching brass disc which is included. This creates a baguette / bag shape. The brass disc has a hole for attaching a feature droplet or bauble to the underside.

A picture is shown demonstrating a finished article dressed fully with chandelier droplets. This example shows 41 chains of 9 droplets. To create a deeper baguette simply increase the number of chandelier droplets to suit. There are well over 60 holes on the chandelier tier so significantly more droplets can be added to create a more densely decorated chandelier.

Option 5 – Wide baguette / basket ornate frame:

Maximum diameter measures 300mm diameter (12 inches). To dress this light will require over 400 chandelier pieces. Chains of droplets connect from the main tier and attach to a matching brass disc included. This creates a baguette / bag shape.

A picture is provided showing a finished article dressed fully with chandelier droplets. This example shows 46 chains of 9 droplets. To create a deeper baguette simply increase the number of chandelier droplets to suit. There are well over 80 holes on the chandelier tier so significantly more droplets can be added to create a much fuller chandelier.
