You are buying twenty five (25) NEW fasteners. They are 10-24 zinc plated steel moulding clip nuts with "mastic sealer" that are used on Buick, Cadillac and Chevrolet cars and trucks. These nuts are for a 10-24 threaded stud and have a 1/2" flange diameter. They take a 3/8" wrench.
