MTS is a new method to offset the string pitch for fretted instruments. MTS derives the accurate offset value from instrument's string height, scale, and stress of each string.

Combined Shipping

We do combine orders to lower shipping costs for our customers. To receive a combined shipping quote, please use eBay's "Add to Cart" button for each item. This will provide a estimated shipping cost based on your orders total weight. In most cases, eBay's shipping charges will be accurate. Use the "Request total from seller" link if you think the shipping cost is incorrectly calculated.
International Customers: If you don't see the "Add to Cart" or "Add to Basket" button you will need to use the US site "www.ebay.com" instead of your country's eBay site(ex. - www.ebay.au, www.ebay.ca, www.ebay.it, etc.)
Shipping

Orders placed before 2 pm Monday-Friday(US EST) and 10 am Saturday are shipped the same day. Custom products can take up to 2 days to ship.
International Shipping

Your order will be shipped using a USPS approved shipping consolidator. International orders are shipped to the consolidator by United Parcel Service (UPS) where they are sorted and then dispatched to USPS.
Tracking** instructions will be provided with your eBay shipping confirmation email. eBay and the USPS website will not provide tracking information.

**Unfortunately, tracking isn't provided with standard international shipping except for the following countries - Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Terms

Payment is due within 8 days of purchase. If you wish to cancel the transaction please contact us immediately so we can issue a mutual cancel transaction request. After 8 days an eBay unpaid item dispute will automatically be opened by eBay.
Returns

Returns are accepted as long as the item is returned in brand new condition and in its original package. Please take care of the item if there is any possibility of a return. Refunds will not be issued for items that show any signs of damage, ie. scratches, tool marks, attempted modification, etc.
