This is a Hardened Stainless Steel Satin Chrome Narrow and Flexible 6" Steel 5R rule. This rule is made in Japan by Shinwa Measuring Tools Corporation, a premier tool manufacturer and is one of the most commonly used rules in Japan. This rule is made from the finest stainless steel available and is hardened and tempered. It has a zero glare satin chrome finish which makes it easy to read and will prevent corrosion. Markings are precision photo etched and then black filled for easy readability. The 5R graduations shows 32nds and 64ths on one side and 10ths and 100ths on the reverse. Rule is .500" wide and .020" thick. Both long edges and ends are ground flat and straight. Accuracy conforms to Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) B 7516 Grade 1.

All my items are shipped either USPS 1st class or Priority shipping. I will ship another method to get it to you faster as long as you and are willing to pay for the faster shipping.

You decide how you want to pay and I will usually go along with it. So far all (well, most) of my dealings have been with nice, honest people. (As I would expect) .

My satisfaction policy is also very simple, you are the customer and you decide if you want the item. Satisfaction is guaranteed, no exceptions. Purchase may be returned for any reason or no reason within 30 days in original condition for a full refund. If the item is defective or for something I did or failed to do, I will also refund the postage. If you just changed your mind or found another one down the street, cheaper or better. I still accept returns except you will need to pay the postage.
