Shipping Policy
Timing
Unless otherwise stated, all orders are packed and dispatched in 1-3 business days after payment is received. The standard service will generally deliver parcels in 3-6 business days. Remote areas may take longer than this.
NB. No delivery service nor Mitacogifts can guarantee the delivery time of any order. Please allow enough time for order processing and delivery when placing your order before the required date.
Delivery Some shipping methods offered by Mitacogifts are registered, trackable services. A signature at the address of delivery is required on receipt of the parcel. If no-one is present to sign, a calling card will be left and the parcel will be returned to the carrier's depot. It is then the responsibility of the receiver to contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or collection of the parcel.
Return Policy
On receipt of your product please let us know if you have any question or concerns, we are willing to work with you to rectify any issues.
Faulty or Flawed Goods; We are happy to offer you an exchange if the goods are defective through no fault of the consumer, goods are to be returned by post within 7 working days and in it's original packaging. Please contact us to lodge your return and be provided with a Reply Paid address for postage.
Goods damaged in transit: Will be replaced without the need for return by providing us an email within 24 hours of receiving the goods with photos and a description of damage, before discarding broken goods.
Changed of mind: Please note, we do not exchange or refund for change of mind.
If we, the supplier may in our absolute discretion accept non-defective merchandise for return that does not fall into any of the above categories, we require the Client to pay handling fees of up to ten percent (10%) of the value of the returned Goods plus any freight costs and ebay/paypal fees incurred, this includes items with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
