This adult size mask comes with the original sealed filter, 
22 inch threaded hose and a large carrying bag.

While new and unused these masks have been in
storage for several years and may show shelf wear and contain debris
from the manufacturing process and storage.
It may be desirable to wash the masks with a light
soap and water before wearing.
