This is a REAL, SPENDABLE Dollar Bill with one fine lady affixed on the front over Washington. Yes, there is indeed a law that allows for the area of the face to be manipulated and the dollar bill remains spendable just as it is. This process has been permitted by the Treasury Department since 1967!

I've had many people buy these to leave as tips at restaurants and they love the reactions. Others, love to add them to their collection!

I use only crisp, uncirculated, unspent dollar bills so you will always get a crisp fresh dollar. The photo is a scanned image of the dollar. Your serial number may be different as I have about 100 in stock.
