The good friction coefficient when hot and above all the stability at high temperatures allow consistent braking performance from the start to the last, good friction coefficient of this material when cold allows efficient street use.
Bedding-in
This is a particularly important process for all compounds and crucial for the RC compound.
The pads are bedded in by applying the brakes lightly several times and ending with a firm bite leaving a pause between one squeeze and the next.
This will produce the correct heating and cooling cycle needed to prepare the system.
The duration of the bedding-in period depends on the compound: generally longer for organic compounds than for sintered.
Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner.
All orders will normally be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not usually processed for shipment on weekends and bank holidays.

If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 30 days of receipt. All you will be responsible for is the cost of the return postage. The item should be unworn, undamaged and must be 'as new' when returned to us. We will issue an exchange or refund to you via your original payment method.
Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days on their return they can be replaced or a refunded issued via your original payment method.
Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you should inform us as soon as reasonably possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible with a copy of original documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault within its warranty period it will need to be returned. Once the fault has been verified, a repair or exchange of goods will be issued.
Notes
- Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.
