Voodoo flossing and compression bands work by helping to release tissues that have gone stiff or have become cold after injury, and by compressing swelling on muscle tissue and joints.

When you remove the compression band after stretching, you get a blood rush to the stretched area which helps greatly with recovery.

The PROTONE® voodoo floss compression bands come in two sizes - 

Standard (BLACK) - The standard black band is 2.13m long and 51mm wide. 

Extreme (RED). - The extreme red band is 2.13m long and 51mm wide slightly thicker latex. 

Made from natural latex and a maximum stretch length of 150% its original measurement.

The red extreme compression band is a little thicker - more suited for flossing bigger joints for example the hip, or shoulder.

Sold as a single, or as a discount in a set.
