We stand behind the quality of our products and service. We will exchange or refund any item if it is a factory defective item. Buyers please take a photo of the defective item and contact us within 48 hours upon receiving the item for refund or exchange.
- All return items must be in brand new condition and kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee.
- In most cases, all shipping and handling fees arе non-refundable.
- Once the RMA# is issued, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item, if any items that is return after 30 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection. If the items are returned without an RMA#, we reserve the rights to reject the item or charge the buyer a 10% restocking fee.
- We do not assume any responsibility for any installation fees charged by a shop under any circumstances.
