This is the exclusive San Diego Comic Con 2012 release of the Naruto, Nine Tails Chakra mode. 

The figure shows that Naruto has accomplished learning to control the Nine Tail Fox's power, which is only half it's original chakra, with the help of his parents' chakra (& Naruto's origins) and teaching from the Eight Tails from the Land of Lighting. That's why Naruto has the yellow glow from his form and the user gains a chakra shroud, which has the markings of the Sage of the Six Paths which shows the swirl designs that resemble the Uzumaki Clan's symbol and patterns/dark lined markings on the shroud usually extend partway down the user's arms and legs.

This figure is about 4-5 inches (10.16-12.70 cm) tall and includes a base.  This is a rare item because it was only released and sold at the Toynami booth during the 2012 San Diego Comic Con Convention.  Also, the figure is limited to a total of 2000 units and discontinued.
