Swarovski Crystal Figurine

OWL HEAD

This adorable figure from the Swarovski features the face of an owl with large green eyes and the feathered "eyebrows" of the Great Horned owl variety.  Most of the piece is clear, multi-faceted Swarovski crystal that reflects rainbows of color depending the angle of the light source.  The facial characteristic around the eyes of that type of owl is frosted crystal.

Issued in 1979, this owl was designed by Max Schreck and has been retired from production.

Measuring 2 5/8""h x 2"w, the piece is in perfect condition.  The swan logo and "Swarovski" are etched on the bottom.  The piece has been displayed behind glass.
