ANY DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN ON DAY OF RECEIPT OF GOODS ALONG WITH EVIDENCE OF DAMAGES OF PLANTS IN ACTUAL PACKAGING. WE CANNOT ACCEPT PHOTOS OF PLANTS THAT HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THEIR PACKAGING AS THIS IS NOT AN ACCURATE PHOTO OF PLANTS DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

DIGITAL GOODS (DVD/CD’S/DIGITAL DATA ) All our digital items are testedbefore dispatch and attached with a signed and dated tested sticker over theseal of the items packaging. Photographs of all our items are taken upondispatch and logged until order is complete and feedback left Because of piracyand digital theft of our digital goods where buyers are trying to return itemsafter they have taken copies of and used digital content. You do not buy amusic cd from a store and take it back after you have copied it do you ! So NO RETURNS accepted on digital goods. (doareplacements)
DAMAGES - Any damagesto items by the hands of the postal service items will be replaced once proofof damage has been given by means of providing PHOTOS of items in original packaging(all damaged on arrival items will be replaced ).
PLANTS –All plants are sent Royal Mail first class and normally arrive next day. Larger items such as fruit trees are sent via courier service due to size .we have a no returns policy on plantsdue to the extra stress it would cause the plants being in the courier servicetwice so by clicking "buy it now" you are aware of our plant terms ofsale and are aware that we do not accept returns on plants.
We DO NOT chargefor postage and offer this a FREE SERVICE IN THE UK, occasionally damages canhappen during the transportation process. All damages once the plants are inthe couriers care are beyond our control, should your parcel arrive damaged itis advisable to report the damage to the courier / Royal Mail as plants are notinsured by the courier /Royal Mail but should the external packaging arrivedamaged you must report this. Please message us straight away and we will behappy to help along with photographic evidence of damage to the packaging sothat we can report the damages to the courier/ Royal Mail. At certain times ofthe year your plants may get hot/cold during transportation process of which wehave no control over so cannot be held responsible for any damage due totemperature fluctuations, however we do well pack all our plants so that theyare well protected, but in extreme rare conditions heat/cold damage may be arisk so please take this into consideration when ordering
All ourplants are well wrapped in many layers to protect them during transportation sorest assured that your plants will get to you in one peace. ALL damages must bereported ON THE DAY of receipt of goods along with evidence (PHOTOS) of damagesof plants in actual packaging. We cannot accept photos of plants that have beenremoved from their packaging as this is not an accurate photo of plants damageupon arrival. Once you have provided the required information we may sendreplacements at our own discretion (providing we have stock) after requiredinformation as per terms of the sale. We cannot be held responsible for customerscare of the plants. All our plants are checked and in a full healthy conditionwhen they leave for the courier/Royal Mail . We take time/ date stamped photos also videorecording of your order .Information along with your tracking identificationare stored until the plants are delivered so any queries on condition/ numbers onplants can be shown via photos and video.
We cannot beheld responsible if you decide to contact us days after caring for your plantsand you haven’t been able to care for them correctly or if they get eaten byslugs as any care for the plants once you receive them is beyond our control.We are HAPPY offer advice if you need information on how to care for yourplants.

Delivery Dispatch Days
Due to increased demand on orders we have had to cut down on our delivery days to 3 days a week
orders will be processed on the day of purchase and sent the next working day first class delivery (excludes weekends)
Dispatch Days are as follows - Monday / Wednesday/ Thursday
Closed for order processing - Tuesday / Friday / Saturday/ Sunday
However you can contact us 7 days a week Monday to Sunday and we are happy to help anytime night or day.
