Saturday Mainland UK Delivery

If you'd like your item(s) delivered on Saturday, the delivery charge will be £15 for 1 item. If you are ordering more than one item and want Saturday delivery, please contact our customer support team by sending a message through eBay Messages to arrange.

All deliveries are estimates and delivery dates are NOT guaranteed . Whilst we will endeavour to send all goods out for delivery at the specific times , we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to our reliance on couriers and/or circumstances beyond our control .

We hope you will be delighted with your Nodax purchase however if you wish to return a product(s) for any reason you need to notify Nodax.UK.Ltd within 30 calendar days from the day after delivery by contacting our customer support team by send a message through eBay Messages.

Cancellation - You are able to cancel your contract with us at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order you can do so in writing through eBay Messages. 

Order cancellations received after the order has left our warehouse but before delivery has been attempted will incur a £30.00 - £50.00 fee to return the goods to our warehouse. If the cancellation is received after attempted delivery there will be a collection charge as outlined below.

Returns - At NODAX UK LTD we pride ourselves in providing the best quality furniture along with the highest level of customer service. If for some reason your order doesn't quite match your expectations and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, we will be happy to arrange collection of your order. Any items being returned must be in their original packaging and in the same high quality condition they arrived in. Unfortunately ​flat pack and partially assembled items cannot be returned if they have been ​fully or part-​ assembled.

Collection charges - If you would like us to collect any unsuitable goods there will be charge of £30.00 - £50.00 apply per order.

We endeavour to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products on our website, however, as different computers display colour tones differently we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown. If you are concerned about an item's finish please first  send a message through eBay Messages and we may be able to send you a sample.

Faulty Goods - While we do our utmost to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, if you should find any problem with your order, our team will be happy to resolve this for you. Please send a message through eBay Messages and one of our Customer Services Team will happily take you through the returns process. You have 30 days from the date of delivery in which to report any missing or damaged items and we ask you to follow up your initial contact by eBay messages.

Please do not attempt to fix any problems yourself without speaking to our team first. Unfortunately we are unable to accept goods back if any changes have been made, as this will invalidate the manufacturer's warranty.

If you are ordering flat pack furniture we ask that you check all the components are in the package as per the instructions, before attempting to assemble the furniture. If you start assembling the furniture before checking the components and decide that it is unsuitable, unfortunately we cannot accept the flat pack item back into stock assembled or part assembled. If you require a replacement part for your flat pack furniture, please send us a message tgrought eBay.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitably packaged and in the same condition as they arrived ready for collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this causes damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Collections will be arranged within 30 days of notification. If you are arranging to return items yourself, they must be received at our address within 30 days of delivery. Please be aware our collections are an all-day service and we are not able to advise specific delivery times in advance.

Q: What type of wood is your bedroom furniture made of?
A: Our bed frames and most of our other furniture items are made from 100% genuine solid pine (with different wood colour finishes). Most of our bed frame slats are made from strong plywood, although some bed frame models have wooden slats (see descriptions). Some of our wall units and other items also include laminated board.

Q: Are the bed frames standard UK size?
A: We sell both UK standard size and European size bed frames. All sizes are clearly described in each bed frame listing. To ensure your bed will fit, please check our Bed Frame Size Guide (included below) before ordering.

Q: Do the bed frames include slats?
A: Yes, our bed frames include flat, strong plywood slats. Some models (including F16, F17 and F18) have wooden slats. If you would prefer wooden slats to plywood slats, please contact us via eBay Messages.

Q: Do the bed frames come with under bed drawers or any other furniture?
A: Generally not, although we do have some listings which include more than one item, for example, bed frame with under bed drawer or with bedside cabinet. To ensure you're getting the items and colours you want, please always read our descriptions carefully before your order, especially if ordering multiple items.

Q: Does the bed frame/furniture come flat packed?
A: Yes, all our items will be delivered flat packed to save on delivery costs. All our items include easy-to-follow self-assembly instructions and have been designed for simple self-assembly. Many of our customers have commented how quick and easy our furniture is to assemble!
