This type of Ring was found in a Vending / Gum ball Machine around 1994 when the released the Jim Carrey Movie. **

These are Medium weight soft plastic, pretty neat, high detail and looks painted, selling as collectible only.

This one is in good shape and is new old stock, this is nice, Not perfect, but then again, they were novelty toys and were never perfect..
