These cord patches are made by Kleiber of Germany.

The patches are approx 132mm x 100mm, measured whilst in the packet.

Put the patches with the adhesive side on the desired spot. Put some tissue paper or a thin piece of cloth  upon the patches and press hard with the iron. Adjust the iron to wool and iron for about 40-50 seconds.

If you wish to sew the patches on, they have holes to make it easier.

Since we put these patches on sale (March 2015), we have had 3 comments on the effectiveness of the "iron on" option. 

I've not actually used these patches but I must admit I am not a fan of iron-on solutions.
