It was developed by the Ukrainian engineer UR3LMZ especially for Ham radio. Many Ham's around the world use this transverter a board and were convinced of his excellent work.
With this transverter you can operate on the 144 mhz band using any type of the HF radio at 28 mhz. This item very nice working with SDR and FLEX radios with a spectrum Waterfall.
Complete with tested and adjusted in laboratory the transverted board has the english description which contains the circuit of the transverter and the circuit of the simple attenuator board.

To get the transverter worked you have to do some soldering works with a cables, wires and connectors. Probably some instruments would be required. Does not include the interface module, heatsink, power and RF connectors, wires or cables.
