Domestic Shipping
- Orders received before 12 noon PST, Mon-Fri are generally shipped the same day.

International Shipping:

Unopened/unused purchases may be returned for refund or exchange with the following conditions/restrictions:
- Contact customer service to request a refund/exchange within to 30 days after tracking shows delivered.
- Return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility.
- We reserve the right to to apply a 20% restocking fee on all items returned.
- Items purchased with Free Shipping will have the actual cost of the shipping deducted from any refund due.
- No refund will be issued on items that not in the factory sealed original packaging.
