Aprilia RS 250 1995-1997 Stainless Complete Fairing Bolts Screen Bolt Kit RS250

This kit will fit the Aprilia RS250 1995-1997

Please note the pictures above are generic. They best represent the kit but the quantities will be different. No actual fairing panels are included, only fixings!

This kit is designed to replace all the visible external fairing & screen bolts with nice shiny stainless steel bolts.

This kit is not designed to completely fix every fairing panel, and won’t include fixings for inner panels that attach to the outer fairings. We have packs of self tapping screws available in our shop which are used to attach these panels. You can add these to your order.

This kit features high quality Stainless Steel Pan Head Bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5). These bolts are Stainless Steel which are better than standard zinc plated bolts as they won't rust and have a shine that lasts for years.

These are not Aprilia bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Stainless Steel to replace/upgrade the standard Aprilia bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding Stainless Steel bolt from Speedy Fasteners.

This kit does not contains the large cap head bolts that secure the rear fairing. This kit includes bolts and wellnuts for the screen to replace the pins that Aprilia use.

This kit DOES NOT contain any shouldered bolts. We have this kit available with these shouldered bolts to correctly space your bolt head from the fairing. Please see item number 132372064605

Rear Fairing (not including big cap head bolts)

34 Nylon Washers

15 Spire Clips

7 Well Nuts
