This system is built around the Gecko Drive G540 digital integrated micro stepping 4 axes driver system.

    This controller features the CNCDrive UC-100 USB motion controller to expand your system compatibility to all Microsoft operating systems (XP, 7, 8, and 10), while supporting both 32bit, or 64bit versions of each. 

This means your now able to control your CNC system with any PC (desktop, or laptop that features USB inputs)

 I've taken the UC-100 a step further in providing you the proper supporting accessories to offer the most advanced USB motion controller available.

The power supply you select for your G540 motion controller is critical as it will provide the system's speed, and required amps to support all four of the G540's axis. My unit is designed in house to provide all the volts the drives require with a surplus of amps to assure your system's supported even if you decide to expand your system to five, or six axes with an ESS system here. https://www.ebay.com/itm/133064380079

This kit uses my 48v 12.5a (600w) TRUE CNC power supplies. These units are all calibrated in house prior to shipping to you with a FLUKE 179 TRUE RMS multimeter.

 The unit supports both 110v, and 220v power inputs for all the worlds power outputs via a selector switch. 

The unit was custom designed, and supports a single 48v power output rail with 10 negative, and 10 positive terminals for power output as the pictures reflect. 

This allows for much less labor, and monetary investment required for CNC robotic system configurations using multiple accessory hookups as typical power supplies only have 3 terminals available on the V-, and V+ terminals requiring additional spending with terminal splitters to eliminate "Daisy Chaining" which is best practice when assembling your controller.

This power supply was designed exclusively for robotics use. That being said most switching power supplies simply feature a toroid passive noise filter which doesn't provide as efficient EMI mitigation as an actual EMI noise filter. 

This unit is the only one that features an actual built in EMI filter covered in the video below for the cleanest possible power output to provide your CNC robot with.

The system also has an integrated brushless fan that's controlled thermostatically based on the ambient internal temperature which is a critical feature for any unit being installed in a CNC electronics enclosure.

The unit also features built in overload protection, and automatic shutdown with reset, and recovery.

 Also included is three of my Nema 23 600oz/in (37.5in/lbs) 3.5a (3.9mh inductance) dual 8mm motor shaft stepper motors for the most durability, and compatibility for system retrofits on the market. These motors are a perfect combination for the Gecko. I also include the required resistors for the G540.

This DIY kit also features three of my 20awg 13ft 300v, 80c temp rated DOUBLE SHIELDED motor cables made using signal cable for maximum durability, and flexibility.

These are the only double shielded cables offered for this drive on the market, and their included with every full system I build.
