About feedback:
When I first started with eBay
nearly 18 years ago, negative or neutral feedback could be left for buyers as
well as sellers. Feedback was a lot
more important then. However, some
sellers would withhold feedback for buyers until they received it from the
buyer, in effect holding the buyer hostage.
I felt this was unscrupulous and chose to leave feedback for buyers upon
receipt of payment. Since the change
some years back, feedback is only left by a small percentage of buyers…why
bother if a buyer can only have 100% positive feedback? This new policy has created a lack of
interest and the diminishing of feedback of late. As a buyer, if you would like feedback, I’ll reciprocate and
leave it for you as well when left for me; otherwise I’ll assume that you are
not interested.
