         Shipping

We only accept payment by any of the following methods:
PayPal

- Payment must be paid within 4 days.

- ​​​​​​​If it is not paid, then your item will be relisted and an unpaid dispute.

- We ship all products  all over the world excluded some country.
 (We do not ship to Africa and Italy and so on addresses.)
- We will ship your order within 3 business days after payment is received.

- We use Economy Int'l Shipping and Standard Int'l Shipping and Expedited Int'l Shipping.

  The following shipping options are available when you check out.

  Economy Int'l Shipping is free and fit for small packaging (less than 2kg).
  This shipment method usually takes 10~20 business days after shipment.
  If you choose Economy Int'l Shipping, you will not be able to track your order.
  But, Economy Int'l Shipping is very reliable and is a favorite shipping method for buyers in the West and Asia.

  - If you want the tracking number, you should choose Standard Int'l Shipping, and you must pay for $2.8 (extra costs) 

 Expedited Int'l Shipping is expensive and fit for valuable and big
 Packaging (more than 2kg). and the safest shipping.
 This shipment method usually takes 5-6 business days after shipment.
  In case of Expedited Int'l Shipping, you can track your order.
 
 - Combined shipping (Multiple Auctions/fixed price)

  We accept to combine shipping on multiple auctions/fixed price.
  If you are bidding on several items to us, please wait until all finished
  Then, ask us for the invoice(this is appeared final total prices, included in discount shipping).

- According to eBay Policy, Customs Tax / Duty / VAT are under Buyer’s responsibility.
If your local customs charge for the customs Tax / Duty / VAT / Brokerage Fees / Handling Fees, buyer will have to pay for it.
So before purchasing, please check your local customs policy. 
We will try our best to help the Tax or Duty issue according to your request.
Due to the custom Tax or Duty, if you reject the package, have to pay for the shipping cost and 10% (of total price) restock fee.

- In Holding in your local customs
If your package is held in your local customs, you have to contact your local customs and Fedex/Post Office.
If you need the document to clear the customs, please contact us via eBay message and we will provide any documents after checking with our courier.
If the package returned due to refusal of pay customs tax or unsuccessful delivery (e.g. insufficient address information, no such receiver, etc),
you have to pay for all Shipping cost and 10% of total price.

Customs

- For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your order, you have to return it within 30 days from the purchase date.
- We carefully inspect the item before shipment.
 - If you will exchange/refund some items, you must return in their all original packaging and in original condition, with all components.

- For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, especially skincare and cosmetic items.

- There are no exchange or refund on any items that has been used or don't have its original packaging. 

We will pay for return shipping only when products delivered are defective, damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered.
 If you exchange/refund for simple reason (be not to one’s taste), You pay for shipping when returning products.
