Canvas tarps may shrink or stretch over time because they are made of 100% cotton. Remember to not place excessive pressure on the eyelets by stretching your new tarp in a permanent position.

Tarp ties should be made of flexible, elastic material not rigid material such as wire.

We do not accept returns for pulled grommets as a result of mis-use.

These tarps are held in our own warehouse and are not drop shipped. You buy from us and we ship direct to you.

Do you need rope with your tarp? We stock 6mm Telstra rope as well. This rope is ideal for tying tarps.

CARE OF YOUR TARP

On receiving your tarp, we recommend you put a light spray of water over it to allow the canvas thread to expand into the holes made by the sewing machine and to remove any fine white chalk dust residue from manufacturing. Hang your canvas tarp to allow your tarp to fully dry out and then it will be ready for use.

All of our products are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your cleared funds (usually shipped same day). We use Australia Post or the courier that best services your area dependant on the size and weight of your order. All orders are sent requiring a signature to protect your order. 

Tracking your parcel
All buyers who provide a valid email address with their order will be able to trace their delivery online with a unique tracking number.

A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.

It is the full responsibility of buyers to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the check-out page before payment. If you need to change the address or contact number please send us a message letting us know immediately so this can be rectified prior to us posting.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

We cheerfully refund your money in full or exchange the item if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and return the item in the original packaging to us within 30 days of receipt.

Prior to returning any item, please contact us so we may assist you with the return process. Together we will be able to sort things out!

Returns are accepted in line with our warranty conditions.

Escaping Outdoors Australia may request photos of the item or your set-up if it is a pump to assist in the return process. When a return is authorised it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process.

Once your item is received our returns and warranty department should take no longer than 2 business days from the date the item is received to provide an outcome. Times may vary if the warranty is through an outside source.
